The Chocolate Gallery - Bryan

I am so sad that it's taken me 3 years of living here to try this place! I just fell in love with it here... the chocolates, gelato and Ciana were all amazing! I can't wait to try the baked items next time... and there will be a next time very soon.

My husband and I are celebrating our 3 year anniversary today, and I can't help but think about how grateful I am that we had our wedding cakes done at The Chocolate Gallery. Ciana let us try many flavor combinations until we found exactly what we wanted even if that meant multiple flavors per cake. My cake was beautiful, delicious and turned out exactly how I envisioned it. My husband had a very specific image in mind for his grooms cake. He loves to bow hunt so he took a picture of his bow on top it's case which is personalized with hunting and music stickers. He asked them to replicate it the picture. Ciana and Josh killed it, creating a mirror image of the picture, stickers and all. The bow was perfectly handcrafted out of pure chocolate! He was so happy with the finished product and it was a huge hit at our wedding. Since then we drop in when we can for a sweet treat and to say hello to Ciana and Josh. To this day they remember us very well and love to catch up with us which is so special!

We stopped in Saturday after being invited during our event. I can't say enough about the ice cream! It was the best I've had in all my 37 years and the truffles are so delicious. Thanks for your invite and thanks even more for the great desserts. OCT: Brazos County
