I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service and unsanitary conditions. I found several hairs, presumably from the cook, in multiple potatoes. The staff and manager have a reputation for being confrontational with customers over minor issues like requests for extra ranch or long wait times. For instance, I was given a 20-minute wait estimate but ended up waiting half an hour, only to find out my potatoes weren’t even out of the oven yet, making me late for work. There was no apology or any effort to rectify the situation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager abruptly came from the back, opened the register, handed me cash (despite my paying with a card), and told me to leave. I recommend avoiding this place.

Hair in my food last time I ate here (see picture attached). Absolutely horrific workers. We ordered two potatoes and were told it would be 15 minutes, which was perfect because I only have 45 for my lunch break.30 minutes go by and we check in to see what was going on. The potatoes weren’t even out of the oven or being dressed yet.They then tried to say they said it was going to be a 35 minute wait.. which was simply untrue. The manager was unbelievably rude, refunded our money, and denied us service. I had to go back to work without a lunch because of this.Super sad to see how poorly this place is managed and how spiteful the workers are.
