Second visit to this vegan restaurant. In addition to the surprising flavors and structures with matching pairings, we also appreciate the efforts to work with local products. In general, we found the portions very small and everything tasted acid. This makes sense if there are any fabricated or documented cases served, but this was definitely not balanced. Especially with the mocktails that were all based on apple warehouse. Very disappointed and absolutely too expensive. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100 Food: 3

Friendly services and very nicely cared plates, but very small portions and very often across the line "suck" by fermentation or something. Also, all the mocktails were on the bais of apple raising and controlling the acid's scent over and over again. Unfortunately, no alternative was offered if we left the 4 mocktail, but our mockatai imperative was charged with full price. Also, we didn't find the price clearly denied. Super good food. Nice service. We ate full experience menu with non alcoholic drinks. Juices were very complementary to the dishes.

I never had that special and delicious food. You're going to Brussels as a vegan and don't skip this top restaurant.
