Bubble Tea At Quaker Bridge Mall

I had an issue with a bug in my drink, and after leaving a review they contacted me and offered me a refund or a new drink. I was told it just happens from time to time and to make sure to either come back right away or contact them. I think I will wait a little while before going back to see if they fixed the problem.

There was a dead fly in my tea that I somehow managed to sip through my straw. Thank goodness I was paying attention and realized that it wasn’t a bubble and I didn’t swallow it. I called the number and was told to text instead. I have yet to to receive a text or call back or even an apology.

I had the pineapple boba. The tea was good but the boba was undercooked and hard to eat and got stuck in the straw.

My sister’s drink cost $6.40 so she handed a $10 bill. However the cashier claimed he didn’t have any coins and only gave $3 and refused to give the full change. Not coming here again.

I highly recommend going to this place, the bubble teas are really good and the smoothies are my favorite, always love getting the pineapple smoothie if you’re feeling pretty thirsty for a drink i definitely recommend going here, the workers are very friendly and charismatic
