He has an amazing personality and makes sure his staff provides top-notch customer service. Although I had two less than satisfactory experiences there, I appreciate that he addresses issues directly and efficiently, without unnecessary delays. His apologies feel genuine, and he genuinely cares about his customers. He also stays informed about current app coupons to help his cashiers offer the best deals. If you visit, you can trust that he'll make sure you receive fresh, warm food.

I really liked the side salad with Ranch dressing, even though it was a fresh pre-packaged option. I also had a double Baconator, and it was delicious!
