The handicap accessible is not very accessible. Doors are hard to open and women's stall is too small. Need push buttons. Thanks to a customer helping hold the door while entering and exiting and staff members holding the doors for when the handicap person went to the bathroom. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The must have been under staffed or overwhelmed today. They were messing up everyone’s order. Had people waiting over 20 minutes on food. Their orders were still wrong. What was going on with this location???? Never stopping there again. Worst service ever at a Roy Rogers! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Went in to order fries no salt. Refried the fries instead of frying fresh ones. Disgusting way to to serve anything. I know it’s fast food but service like this is giving fast food a bad rap. So done with any fast food except Chick Filet. They are so great. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
