Although she offered to remake the meal, I felt uneasy about it, especially after having been served undercooked food. I was concerned about the kitchen's quality control, and I couldn’t shake the worry about possible "revenge" preparation. To make matters worse, she didn't offer any sort of compensation and merely gave a quick, half-hearted apology as she walked away. I'm hoping the pizza will be an improvement over the other items, but overall, this experience was quite disappointing. I'd rank this place low on my list of dining options.
When this location first opened, the pizza was fantastic—so much so that I ordered it at least twice a week. Unfortunately, the crust now seems different in both appearance and taste, and I can't tell if I'll get too much sauce or not enough. It's really disappointing.
I was surprised to see an added charge of $2 for a salad due to increased lettuce prices, especially since I haven't noticed this happening at other locations. I've ordered salads here a couple of times in the past few weeks, and each time I requested no tomatoes, yet they included them both times. Additionally, there was a lack of vegetables overall in the salads, including the lettuce for which I paid extra.
Fun place to go to sit at the bar and catch a game over an ice cold frosty beverage. Usually has a decent friendly crowd. Good mix of domestic and craft brews. The waitresses and bartenders are always friendly and usually attentive, (sometime the barkeeps get sidetracked but it's not too unreasonable).I saw one of the bad pizza reviews and I will say that my pizza experience has always been great. I usually only order a cheese or sausage pizza but they have always been spread out to the edge and I've never seen a wide crust like in the pictures on an other review, so I will recommend the tasty thin crust pizza. This is not restricted to Pat's but I never join Mug Clubs as the mugs sit on a ceiling hook collecting dust and it's rare to see a bartender wash them out before hitting the tap, so it's not my thing here or anywhere else.
OMG, Pat's pizza is a local Maine Co. and this Brunswick shop is by far the best little sports bar aroundFood: 5/5
