Mcdonald's - Brunswick

Arrived on a Sunday at 10:56 and tried to order a chicken sandwich. Was told I could not order one because breakfast doesn't stop until 11:00 LOL I said by the time I get to the window it will be 11:00. They had to get the manager by this time it was 10:58. By the time I pulled up to the window it was after 11:00 and I was told I'd have to wait for the sandwich. The man at the window was very rude and slammed the window in my face because I asked why I could not order a sandwich for minutes before lunch started lol

The service is horrible. And management won't even speak with you..

Found a dead fly in my iced coffee this morning, Monday August 28,2023. Came right up through the straw. Extremely disgusted. update: it’s been 4 days and still no one has contacted me about this, still have not gotten my money back.

Stood there about 7 mins, and not 1 person acknowledged us. Even when you are busy-ish... you can acknowledge your guest. Went across the street and was served immediately. They were busy with fewer crew. I don't get it McDonald's. Where did your customer service go?

Waited in the drive thru 11 min and got cold fries and a cold big mac but the drink was col d only lousy wont back
