Burger King - Brunswick

I visited on a day when only two employees were working—one handled cooking and the other took orders and served customers. I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, and I felt frustrated and tempted to complain by the time I reached the window. However, when I got there, the server greeted me with a warm smile and a lovely "hello," asking how my day was going. Knowing that he was managing everything alongside a short-order cook made it hard to be upset. It’s a shame that it's so challenging to find reliable people who want to work. Hats off to those two employees!

Despite the long wait times each time we ordered, the customer service was out of this world! Thank you for creating such a positive atmosphere.
