I was recently down in Canberra for a work trip and the office I was visiting had only a handful of lunch options within walking distance.
Food is amazing, service is great but can be a little slow sometimes. But we keep coming back at least once a month to get out of the office. Nice mix of a range of dishes and reasonably priced.
A friend and I went for our morning coffee brunch at MoMo. Set amid the canyons and offices in leafy Bruce, it is a veritable oasis of tranquility (we sat outside). A house/hut type place, incongruous in ultra modern, contemporary Canberra, a venue of famed sporting stars from the nearby Australian Institute of Sport as well as the homes of two Canberra rugby (League and Union) teams, the Raiders and the Brumbies. My friend had a sumptuous breakfast of eggs and accoutrements, I some huge slabs of home made raisin toast. But a sizeable menu exists, and for other meals too. Good coffee too
