Chick-fil-a - Brownsville

Lemonade tasted old even though I got there at 635 am. Eggs tasted bad. Burrito was stale. Tater tots tasted like they had been fried in rancid oil.

This restaurant is fantastic! The staff is extremely welcoming and the service is top-notch.

I am baffled by how this Chick-fil-A has a 4.7 rating when every time I have ordered a burger, the chicken has been either raw or flavorless. The fries also have a strange taste to them. I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, but my boss got lunch from there recently and the chicken was still undercooked.

We found our sandwiches to be excessively salty and ended up discarding them. Additionally, we did not receive any BBQ sauce for our nuggets, and the lemonade lacked sugar. Upon calling the restaurant, we encountered a rude manager who claimed they could not rectify the situation.

The was not a good Chick-fil-A. They don't have Ketchup in the plastic containers. We were only given 4 small packets for our entire order. Our Mac and cheese had a burnt top. The peach milkshake had no flavor tasted more like vanilla.
