Pizza Hut Browns Plains Westpoint

Food was completely inedible. Pasta sauce tasted off. Ordered drinks at the counter and never got them. Then was asked to pay full price even though half the group couldnt eat. Definitely not recommend.

The staff was friendly, and the food had a good flavor. However, the service left much to be desired, and overall, it felt like a rip-off. We spent $95 for three people and left hungry, with only half our stomachs filled. There were several other vegetarian customers present, yet only two vegetarian pizzas were prepared, which was clearly insufficient. Despite asking multiple times about the pizzas, we were repeatedly told they were on their way. After waiting for about 45 minutes with no sign of the pizzas, we had no choice but to leave. I suggest improving the service by better accommodating all types of customers, both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, especially since everyone is paying the full price.

Worst experience ever! I paid over $100 for cold, stale pizzas with hardly any variety. The pizzas that were available were terrible! The staff didn’t wear their masks properly—they either covered only their mouths or didn't wear them at all at times. The manager walked around the pizza bar, making us feel like criminals being watched while we ate. There was no ice cream, and the chocolate mousse was warm. The pasta was cold and clumpy. This place is definitely not suitable for people with food allergies since nothing was labeled, and the pizza toppings weren't specified—my kids accidentally took a bite of the jalapeño pizza! The salad was dressed with an unidentified sauce. This has been the worst dining experience we've ever had, and we will absolutely never return.

My partner and I visited this restaurant for our first official date tonight, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were exceptional. We will definitely be returning. It's been years since we last went to an all-you-can-eat Pizza Hut, and this experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the incredible staff!
