Beach House Grill Browns Plains

Everything was great and served hot. The level of service was excellent. However, I was a bit frustrated when I paid for my meal, which came to $88, but then I noticed that the EFTPOS charge was $89.49. When I inquired about the difference, I was told it was a fee for using my credit card, which I saw was noted on a small sign to the left of the register. I found the $1.49 charge a bit excessive after already spending $88, especially since I'm sure the bank fees aren't that high.

When I arrived, the staff couldn’t find my booking, which was disappointing. I was just glad to get a table since they were busy. It took over 10 minutes for drinks to reach my table, and we ended up canceling the last drink order because it hadn’t arrived by the time we decided to leave.

This restaurant is the perfect spot for a date. The meals are a great value, with generous portions and high-quality dishes. While the service was a bit slow, likely due to staff training, the ambiance and food made up for it. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic meal.

Their price-performance ratio, but it is best that they call and do not book online as I did twice and my booking was not placed.
