Starbucks - Broussard

The staff at this location are consistently friendly, and my orders are always prepared quickly and correctly. Whenever other locations run out of certain items, I can count on this place to have them in stock. It's also conveniently located right off the highway, although I do wish they would stay open later.

I left my purse there and they secured it until I could pick it up. High integrity! High honesty! They were all an AMAZING staff and management! This happened July 29th 2022. Thank you very much!

Garbage store with roaches in the kitchen. On top of that, Friend of mine who works for instacart near your store let me know that when this Starbucks orders milk for delivery when the run out during a busy day. They remove the tip after the instacart deliver worker brings the items. This is obviously a cheap and scummy tactic used by this Starbucks to save money. The thing is when you do that, it makes it so that other workers don?t even make minimum wage. Do better. Completely unacceptable.

Really sad when you order a big Instacart delivery, not only did not help bring in the MANY items that were ordered. But also tip baited, said they were going to give a certain amount tip and took it ALL away after order was delivered. Very sad.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They use Instacart to restock their dairy products but have tip-baited the delivery worker. They actually removed the tip while claiming to have provided excellent service. This behavior is incredibly unethical and disrespectful. I urge you to think twice before supporting this location, as they are exploiting workers in the community.
