Came in here for lunch when I was passing through the area for work.

Chops is my fave meat market and I will travel all the way from Dallas to Broussard, LA just to stock up on sausages and boudin.

I hear that they have awesome specialty meats, but I wouldn't waste time on the plate lunches.
