Tenka - Brossard

Picked up a combo order with sides. Had to wait more than expected, but not too much. Unfortunately the Sushi was atrocious and threw out most of it.Salmon was too thick, slimy and not fresh. Rest of the sushi pieces were soggy and overly lathered in sauce. Even found and fish bone in one of the pieces. The Miso soup and fried dumplings were alright at least. Still very disappointing overall, especially considering the price. Won't be coming back.

The best sushi in Quebec! Authentic, made only it's ordered. The best and most authentic miso soup.If anything, you have to time when you order, as it can get a bit long if you order close to when you want to eat (mainly because it's freshly prepared and other people want to have dinner at the same time too... . But boy, is it well worth it!

Order 6326 Fresh sushi arrived in a timely manner. My only complaint is the amount of fish inside the rolls the salmon avocado and tuna avocado have about 60% avocado 40% fish I would much prefer a 50/50 or 60% fish, 40% avocado.But for a first time this was excellent will order again.

The service was fast and friendly, which made the whole process convenient and enjoyable.One thing that stood out to us was the quality of the sushi rice. It had the perfect texture firm and tender, without being mushy. This attention to detail in preparing the rice made a noticeable difference in the overall taste and enjoyment of the sushi.
