The Sutherland Inn - Brora

In Brora, you can expect a warm atmosphere, a cold pint, and a hearty meal. Go ahead and treat yourself to one of Wendy's big steaks, then unwind in the bar with a refreshing pint of Skye Ale! I thoroughly enjoyed my one-night stay and can't wait to visit again as soon as possible!

Riding the NC500 and the weather was atrocious, wet windy and cold. We popped in on the off chance and Rosie was in early, she had the fire going to keep us warm and help dry our kit out. A rest stop well needed, with good Guinness on tap, friendly staff. If in the area it’s well worth a stop!

Very friendly and talkative staff. Breakfast and dinner were generous portions. Specific note to the fish and chips which were excellent, the burger however was a little dry. Rooms were a good size, water pressure was good and the temperature of the shower once it heated up was excellent. Overall, a pleasant experience and one I would return to even if just for the helpfulness of the staff.

Had an evening meal, table for 7 with dog. Food was first class, large portions, and a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Great to see youngsters from the local area being given employment opportunities too! Lovely meal, prompt service, clean and tidy restaurant.
