The Burns Pub - Broomfield

Always fantastic! The Reuben is delicious, and the whiskey selection is unmatched.

We visited Burns Pub for lunch with a business associate and some family members. The menu was impressive, and we enjoyed the burger, Reuben sandwich, and beef Wellington. I also tried the smashed peas. The ambiance doesn't quite resemble a traditional British pub, but it's a fantastic alternative to the average chain restaurants in the area. The burger was priced around $16, while the beef Wellington cost $42.

I stayed at the Inn and dined at the restaurant on our first night. We had a fantastic waitress who explained the menu options and offered excellent recommendations—especially the shepherd’s pie and grilled chicken, along with a delicious house salad. The outdoor seating area was pleasant and perfect for relaxing. This place seems to be a popular spot in the area!

I ordered take-out and it met all my expectations, reminiscent of well-made home cooking. I tried the beef Wellington, which was perfectly medium-rare, and the shepherd's pie. Mmm! Just like my grandma used to make!
