Grandma's Kitchen - Brookville

We were looking for a place in Brookville to have a late Sunday morning breakfast on the way home from vacation in Cook Forest. I called, but was told that they had already stopped serving breakfast. Not five minutes later, I got a call back from the restaurant. The friendly young woman on the phone had checked with the kitchen staff, and she said they were willing to serve our group breakfast. When we arrived, they couldn't have been nicer! We were seated right away, our orders were taken quickly, and the food was very tasty with generous portions. My family and I highly recommend it!

Although the decor could use some freshening up, the prices and portions left little to improve upon. We had stuffed chicken breast.Our waitress, Libby, was efficient and friendly.

Pretty basic. Missed breakfast, which I suspect would be the best choice, by 15 minutes. Really thought breakfast would be all day, but you are outa luck at 11:00.

Pretty good place for a quick meal. Food was good, the service was good too.

I stopped in on 10/26/23 to have dinner I ordered the fryed fish dinner with 2 sides.When I received my food I tried a bite and it was not cooked and cold,I told the waitress and told her I would like her to take off the fish because I did not want it and she still charged me 7.95 for a very small microwaved bake potatoe and a salad that came in a applesauce bowl.I was so very disappointed in the food and will never go back again.I can't believe that this is how they treat there customers not to try to make it right.
