Pueblo Viejo Mexican - Brooksville

The food here is good but the service is terrible. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. They take care of take out before anything else. It took 40 minutes for our food to come out. This is not the first time this has happened here. Last time, we waited over an hour and ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I would say if you want to eat here, call it in and get it to go. Atmosphere is ok I guess. Service was meh. Server never smiled and I had to wave them over to get anything and I felt guilty for asking. We waited so long that our drinks were hot and melted. These are not the kind of reviews I like to write, but this is the second time I've taken company from it if town there and I have been embarrassed by the service.

Servive was horrible..we had to ask for chips and salsa. When it arrived the salsa was anything but fresh and very bland. We waited and waited for our meal to arrive. I had mexican tacos. The meat was very tough amd the tortillas were very greasy. My mother ordered a combination platter she identify what she was eating. It was splattered all over was very soggy and looked like dog food. Very bland!! I dont like Taco Bell but it does beat this place

Was there today but they didn't open 11 am as indicated. We waited until 11:10 am then went somewhere else for lunch. Check your clocks or change your hours as advertised.

Great food. Multi choices of food. Enjoyed drinks. Staff attentive

Be warned servers add more tip to the bill after you leave. I tend to leave 20 to 25% and have been surprised the last two times with an additional 5 bucks added. Pretty shameful. Won't return. Ordered two different occasions and never encountered our server again until it was time to pay and had to wait a bit of time to do that. Food is ok. Typical of this type of establishment.
