Mcdonald's - Brooksville

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff during my visit at 6:00 PM on Saturday, March 25, 2017. I only ordered coffee, but it was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was also very clean, including the restrooms. Great staff! Keep up the smiles and the welcoming atmosphere!

Despite the rainy weather, the atmosphere was brightened by cheerful staff everywhere. The woman at the front doors expertly navigated the chaos caused by the wet customers, advising us to be cautious while wearing a big smile. The checkout process was quick and enjoyable, and our orders came out promptly. Both Egg McMuffins we tried were delicious, and the restrooms were clean as well.

Great crispy chicken sandwiches with generous portions of fries. Outstanding customer service!

We really enjoyed our experience here at this point. The bathrooms and dining areas were super clean. There were also great customer service all employees were super friendly, especially the cashier I think is named Patti.

The woman working back drive was an absolute angel. She was very respectful. Extremely helpful navigating the rewards/points system. She deserves to be recognized for her wonderful customer service. My visit was 9th May 2022 at 730am
