Heritage Inn - Brooks

We were there for breakfast with friends. Our server, Shirley, is amazing. Food drinks: We had the buffet. It was good value for the dollar.

The Well Christmas Banquet today was awesome! Food was delish and desserts were even better! Room decor was beautiful. Staff were attentive. Would definitely host another event at this venue. Thanks Heritage

Room was way too hot, could not open a window, could not adjust the heat, the shower was horrible, people running up and down the hallway until after midnight. I asked for extra pillows and was told they were too busy. The breakfast was cold. Felt like a 2 star than a 4 star. Checking we were talking with the lady at the desk and right in the middle of a sentence she starts talking to someone else. There is no elevator and so my son who has mobility issues did not have a great time getting up the stairs.

We only visited the restaurant. The staff was very friendly, their menu had many great choices, food was good and the atmosphere was very nice. Location: 5

I stayed in the hotel for couple of days and the atmosphere was very friendly and service was also excellent. Specially the general manager(Eric). He is very understanding and helpful. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet, Great value
