Skal - Brooklyn

There were so many choices! This was the ideal spot to bring our toddler, who loves to sample a little bit of everything. We also discovered that they offer a "work from Skal" option if you spend at least $17, which is super convenient for those of us who work all day. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff felt like family. The banana bread French toast was absolutely delicious!

This is my favorite café in Bed-Stuy. They have a wonderful mission, and the lovely people there create delicious, thoughtfully prepared food in a beautiful setting. My only wish is that they would be open more frequently!

The coffee is excellent, though a bit on the expensive side, and the staff doesn't wear masks. However, it's a cozy place to relax and have a chat.

Skal is amazing. The people are so friendly and welcoming, the space is simple and thoughtfully comfortable, and there are a variety of food and drink options. Most of all it just felt very homey. Would highly recommend!

Very friendly team and great service, good vibes, great coffee/ tea options with a variety of enjoyable food options. The sweet potato fries were great!
