I've just gotten back from eating at Salvi's -- of which I'm pretty sure they meant to call the restauarant Salivate (it was THAT good) -- and all I can say

Always a delicious meal. Great service, ambiance and we always enjoy the piano player. Well worth the trip from White Plains.
