I went in for a three day cleanse and the associate was very helpful. I don’t remember her name but she is the nice young lady packing the bag.. and yes I made her aware I was snapping a photo. Thanks for being awesome and thoroughly explaining each juice cleanse option. I opted for the intermediate level and today is my second day. Going well so far.
I really like this place, the juices are delicious and affordable, the location super convenient and they have a great rewards system. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. The other day there was a problem with charging my card due to the connection and after a few tries they gave me my juices free of charge! I’m very glad this spot survived the pandemic and the L train renovation.
I do not know what happened. I used to come here almost everyday last year; I had the VIP account because I loved the freeze and bowls. The service was amazing. I was met with staff who knew my name (not that they had to but it was nice to be recognized).This year it is the complete opposite. I do not recognize this new staff. They all seem like they do not want to be there. I have seen people sitting on the counters. The store is dirty. The staff make weird remarks to each other. I have tried to walk in and they were not open even though it was within their business hours. The machines did not work.I have cancelled my membership because of it. The products are great and affordable but the cost of having to deal with the staff is not worth it.Shoutout to the people who made it great. Guess nothing lasts forever.
