Peppas Jerk Chicken - Brooklyn

Nasty!!! Thank God I have a dog so my money won't go to waste. The only pass I will give is it was after 9pm and almost closing time. I ordered jerk chicken. It was bland, tasteless, burnt and definetly not from a grill. They gave me 6 sauces smh. I'm guessing they knew their chicken would def need it. I will never order from here or any Peppa's ever again.

Nice place clean music loud server had to speak up an not real welcoming order jerk med no taste well salted though I’m use to jerk seasoning being a party in your mouth with complexity but this was not very disappointing it was more like meat from a Brazilian grill salted and grilled other options may be better if you get jerk ask for lots of barbecue sauce to help with flavor also some bread or festival would have been nice but 14.00 later just chicken also the slushy drinks look good

Jerk chicken doesn’t taste the same I think over the years they lost the taste on making the chicken it more taste like BBQ

Imagine waiting over an hour after work for food delivery and you rip open the bag, take a bite of the chicken, and the chicken immediately gets mushy in your mouth. Then a sour, sulfur egg smell and taste BURSTS in your mouth and throat. Couldn’t even stomach one bite. The chicken was expired I am so worried about food poisoning. The taste lingers in your mouth for hours. Unbelievable that you sell that to people.

This place has incredible chicken for fairly reasonable prices. Portions are large and the staff are kind. The food tastes homemade and fresh in a way other resturants cannot copy. Incredible!!
