Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

The best McDonald's I've ever had. Fries were fresh and perfectly salted. Big mac was fresh and delicious. Everything thing was clean. The worker was respectful. The a/c was on Antarctica. Other than that it was a lovely experience. Never knew McDonald's could taste so good and fresh. I actually forgot I was in McDonald's.

Food is cold Bathroom is always ?out of order? table service (through the app) is a lie and false advertisement (go get it yourself) orders often not correct you have to beg for napkins. Sadly, I return sometimes, simply because the location is convenient. AND? the tables and floor are sticky and filthy more often than not.

A MAN FOLLOWED ME INTO THIS STORE AND GROPED ME. THIS STORE IS UNMANAGED AND IS CONSTANTLY FILLED WITH CREEPS. Read more: I visited here on 10/5 at 1PM, broad daylight. I ordered from this location. An old man entered the store after me and touched me inappropriately on my rear end, I?m a young woman and I even was wearing a bulky jacket and dressed modestly. I don?t blame the employees here at all, it?s not their fault and I didn?t want to cause a scene because the old man left the store so quickly after he touched me, I was in shock. However, I have been calling the store to ask for a recording of the footage but they havent answered me. So that?s why I have to give a low review and I am posting here so that maybe they will contact me to give me the recording so I can give it to law enforcement. Also, there are generally very creepy customers loitering in the store. It has now escalated to the point that a creepy person viewed this as a safe establishment to follow me inside and touch me in there. The store needs a serious clean up and my 1 star is because the management doesn?t seem to care to respond. It isn?t a safe place for families or women to sit and eat. I was placing my order to-go, and this still happened to me while I was standing and waiting for my order.

Its always like that when i make an order they never make it right and when i will tell them that. then they become agresive. Today i got 1 roma tomato slice insted of two (2) i did pay extra for 2 slices and its not first time when play me like that. This place need a menager or some one with skils to menage this place as its running wild and agresive not friendly toward people from europe.

Well... a few weeks ago I was in Poland and talk about what a BIG difference McDonald's USA and McDonald's Poland is. First of all, the burgers are seriously twice as thick and juicy as all hell. I got 6 napkins with my order and needed all of them to wipe up as I was eating my burger. Next, they have even more varieties to choose from. Same goes for the coffee as well... more choices. Here, the burger was meh. Fries too salty. Chicken nuggets were cool. Chicken sandwich with chipotle sauce way too spicy due to the sauce. Service was good.
