Mad For Chicken - Brooklyn

I recently received my order from this restaurant and was surprised to find a lollipop in my food. I called the restaurant to express my concern, and the person who answered seemed taken aback by my complaint. After being transferred to three different managers, they simply brushed off the issue by saying the lollipop was complimentary. This lack of concern for hygiene and customer satisfaction was disappointing. Although the chicken and macaroni was delicious, the poor handling of this situation has made me hesitant to order from this restaurant again. If they had apologized and explained the lollipop was a mistake, I would have been more understanding. Instead, their dismissive attitude and deception make me wary of ordering from them in the future.

I was in Brooklyn picking up some food from Champs, an awesome vegan diner. While picking up food for my family, I stumbled upon Mad Chicken. Let me tell you, my daughter absolutely adored their garlic soy chicken. I'm not sure what they did to the chicken, but ever since then, she's been hooked. A happy daughter equals a happy mommy. Thumbs up!

I pre-ordered my meal for my break and was delighted to receive it on time. The chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy and crispy. The soy sauce on the wings was just the right amount. The cheese-covered French fries were delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. Thank you for a wonderful dinner experience.

Best chicken I have ever had and I am not a chicken person. I had the Kimchi chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich tasted a little unfamiliar so I took the kimchi out and ate it separately. The boneless chicken are to die for!! Thefries were excellent! The staff are great. The location is very cozy and can be a good location to meet friends or a chill date.The price of the items are reasonable and comparable to other chicken joints.

This place has the crispiest wings coated in a rich, savory sauce and that's just the start of it. Their kimchi is delicious, as is everything they make with it from fried rice to french fries. Relaxed social atmosphere makes this a great place for anight out with friends or even a casual date night.
