Hana Food - Brooklyn

Was impressed at the selection some grilled tofu, vegan bacon, vegan cheese, avocado etc. My sandwich was on white bread when it should have been whole wheat. Anyway it was decent

I used to live at Hana's. Went back recently and the staff isn't focused on making sure things are vegan. The guy I spoke to was nice and dug out labels to tell me. The cheese they were going to use definitely wasn't vegan. Hope they bounce back.

The menu didn’t say what was vegan, so I asked if they have vegan options and dude was like “can’t you read? You don’t speak English?” Rude for no reason so I left. Better off going to one of the millions of places nearby. Updated from previous review on 2022-03-28

I got “Showtime” on whole wheat bread. Very tasty. The guy who made my sandwich seemed annoyed that I asked him questions about their selection, and didn’t even answer it...

I picked up a couple of sandwiches from here, and both were delicious and satisfying.
