Ordered food, they decided Not to prepare it. They didn't notify me that my order was cancelled at any point in time. Called back almost 2 hours later to find out they weren't going to prepare and deliver it.Edit: The food was paid for and they never reached out.

I ordered a chicken burrito there was no chicken just lettuce tomatoes and a few beans. The burrito was soggy.

I can only testify to their vegan menu, which is substantial and absolutely delicious. The vegan chorizo, pollo, carne asada, and al pastor are incredibly convincing and satisfy any cravings for meat I may have as a plant based person. The food is always consistently delicious, and while their enchiladas aren't quite as stunning as the tacos, burritos, tostadas, and empanadas, absolutely everything I've eaten from there has ranged from pretty good to absolutely mindblowingly incredible. We order from there a couple times a week and have never had an issue with them accidentally sending us non-vegan items. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I went here months ago and it was just alright, so decided to give it another try. Got the pork pozole soup. This soup didn't smell right from the moment i opened the container. The soup was hot, yet the broth itself was almost jello-like consistency, almost congealed. The pozole texture is 100000% not supposed to be congealed. The broth did not taste right at all and the meat was borderline starting to go bad. I just don't know how you serve a customer with a soup that both smells bad and looks bad. Would like a refund but I know that's likely not to happen.You guys have to do better than this.

Order through Ubereats and when I received my order it was just a disaster . Ordered enchiladas verdes and they were bathed in oil. The paper bag was full of oil and so was my food. No salsa just pure oil. I complained with Uber eats and they did nothing so I called the restaurant. First Time I called the girl acted d right after I complained like she didn't hear me so I hanged up and call again . Sent me straight to voicemail 5 times. Called again and then she was extremely rude said I had to complain to Ubereats because they didn't deliver the food. When issue wasn't the delivery it was they actual food that came from THE RESTAURANT said they couldn't do nothing . Waste of money .
