Great food. But if there's even one loud table then the whole restaurant is listening to that conversation. Also, they now really nickel and dime you here. Instead of just raising the prices a couple bucks you have to manually add everything to the ramen order so it winds up costing you a whole lot more than it used to. I realize there's been inflation but I feel like they went a little too far on prices.Very important! They place a surcharge on the use of a credit card. So bring cash if you can.
Chuko is my favorite place for ramen in Brooklyn. I love their sesame garlic ramen and their crispy Brussels snacks. I’ve been back multiple times. Their salt and pepper chicken is also delicious.
Really good bowl of sesame garlic ramen. Enjoyed the pork buns but could have gone without the spicy pickles. Plenty of seating for groups which seemed full when we showed up but it was just the two of us and we sat right away. Good vibes from our waiter who seemed to be still warming up for the evening. Bummed my ginger ale was just a 4$ can of Canada Dry.
Definitely worth a trip, you will really enjoy the ramen. The pork is incredibly tender, and if you're like me you should order the extra noodles. You will need them. The only comment I have is that the bowl could be more full at the initial service.Food: 4/5
