Chipotle Mexican Grill - Brooklyn

Placed an online order just for it to be cancelled after an hour wait. what a ?great? service especially for such high prices for a half filled bowl of food. why is chipotle even a thing at this point

This Chipotle had good food and friendly staff. The staff were really kind and one worker named Mimi even complimented my hair, which really made my day. The food was pretty fresh, flavorful, and the waiting line was not super long. Its really good for a quick healthy lunch if you live nearby, especially because the only alternatives are fast food around Flatbush and Nostrand Ave.

I placed an online order for a veggie burrito today through the Chipotle app and when it arrived, I was taken aback when it had meat inside! The label on my order was correct but did no one double check first before they wrapped it up? I was livid about this and tried to call the number to this store and it just forwarded me to their corporate office. They forwarded me to their customer care office and the line got disconnected. I had to call back 3 times and go through their ridiculous voice mail system before I was able to get in touch with someone to file a complaint. All they told me was that they would forward the info to the manager of this particular store and refunded me. They offered a free entree promo which doesn 't help on the app because it requires a $10 minimum -__- I 'm very disappointed in this store for not checking the orders correctly and feeding vegetarians meat burritos!

This Chipotle is the worst! The staff are either incompetent or stingy with the portions! There?s ALWAYS something wrong! This time, they didn?t even give a full portion of protein!

I placed my order at 241st in the Bronx at 6:50 to have my order ready 8:30 at this location so I can eat during my lunch hour from 8:30 to 9:20. Instead of just picking up my food and leaving I ended up WAITING a additional 25 mins. Not only that they got my order wrong they isn?t even any chicken in my meal. ABSOLUTELY no excuse for this type of service. I NEVER had to wait this long for food regardless of what?s happening behind the counter. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
