Cats On The Bay - Brooklyn

This restaurant is under new management and has really improved! On my last visit, they didn't have a drink menu, but our waitress provided us with a great selection of wines, cocktails, and hookahs. The food was excellent—truly beyond words! Plus, the prices were pleasantly surprising.

Great place! The Azerbaijani food is delicious. However, the service could use some improvement; the server didn't pay much attention to us.

The recent renovation has made it really pleasant to sit outside. While the hookah is decent, the food is quite good. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable.
