Carvel - Brooklyn

Standard Carvel. Very clean and follows all the up-to-date safety precautions. Makes a really solid hard ice cream milkshake and regularly runs quality assurance of their employees to ensure proper portioning of ice cream and quality cakes. We?ve been coming here for years and have never left disappointed.

One of the worst places in Brooklyn to eat ice-cream. horrible machine made creamy melted icecream. Obviously the people working there have no clue about icecream. yuck ...! avoid at all costs.

I have been coming to this Carvel ever since I was a kid. I absolutely love the ice cream cakes and the flying saucers. The cakes may seem a bit pricy, but it is so worth it. I always get good service and the establishment is clean. Truly recommend. ????

When I reach to the store I asked for the order The lady behind the pic denied the order first and said we don?t have this and that. And talk loudly to me. Very worst service of this Chinese lady behave at the store with customer.

Friendly staff, great BOGO deals. The woman who runs the shop is the BEST!I watch her deal with the most annoying, indecisive, rude customers (especially on Wednesdays when all soft serve items are BOGO free) and she keeps her cool and provides excellent service regardless of the foolishness she deals with.
