Antica Pesa - Brooklyn

Fantastic restaurant ! We did travel along the west coast (Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles) and tried more than one Italian restaurants but Antica Pesa has definitely succeeded in bringing a fine Italian cuisine to Brooklyn.The meals and dessert are refined and in line with the Italian tradition. They were deliciousThe service is of high standard, very kind and detail-oriented.The atmosphere was delightful with jazz music.Very good value for money.Strongly recommended!

This restaurant is a must! Every single thing that we ate was deliciously prepared.We were a party of five and all agreed, the portions and flavors were all perfect. A must is their creation on the Espresso Martini and their Crudo E Bufalo Croccante. We finished it so fast, we ordered another one. The service is top notch, starting from the owner to the wait staff! It has been a long time since I have been to a restaurant that deserves a 10 rating. Keep up the greatness.

Been to the one in Rome and this one in BK and they are both incredible. Truly authentic Roman style Italian food that you must try.

Definitely a 5 star experience! Our group of 22 were greeted at the door by Lorenzo Panella. His energy introduced him. His sense of pride and passion set the tone for our delightful evening. I have come to not expect Italian restaurants in the US to rival the overall flavor, freshness and hospitality of Italy. Our experience was nothing but exceptional! The team of Antics Pesa was energetic, authentic and a tireless aura that drew each and every one our group in. If you only have one evening in NYC, this is your place. From Antipasti, Primi, secondi or dolce will delight. Thank you Lorenzo, we will be back.

We were greeted by two different (but friendly) hosts with no correlation between them whatsoever. After we were finally seated we were welcomed by a VERY RUDE waiter with a very unfriendly and condescending attitude who explained the wine menu in an obnoxious and unhelpful manner. Our dinner continued with extremely unattentive and slow service. The food was just okay.
