Shaking Crab Brookline

The dining experience is decent, making it ideal for college students or anyone looking for the fun of cracking open crab legs. However, the ambiance isn't particularly impressive.

The shaking hot was not shaking hot I don’t even think it was the shaking crab sauce. The sauce was ridiculously watery with absolutely NO flavor. My drink was not great! After letting our waiter know immediately about our food, yes he attempted to speak with the manager….who then said “sorry we can’t do anything about it”….excuse me? I was sold “bottom of the pot” food….as our waiter told us…and we couldn’t even get our $3 and $5 drinks off the tab? Ok and that is why I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NASTY LOCATION EVER AGAIN. What happened to satisfying customers. Terrible.

We always have a great time here and love to bring out-of-towners. The server we had yesterday was polite, fun, and accommodating. The food is always good, and we will definitely come back.

Great service staff were very helpful with assisting me and my kids pull up our vaccinations on the portal.

The food was good and the service was really good! Overall it was a good experience and I will be going back to this location!
