I have gotten food here a few times. I always order my food in person always order it to go. The food is good. And the workers always say hi to me talk to me in a nice tone. But the last two times that I went I went there, they kept some of my change without my permission.I paid cash both times. The first time, the worker said the total was $18.00. After I paid her, I looked at the receipt the receipt said $17.60. I let it go since I already paid for my food. The next time I went there, I paid cash again. The workerl(a different worker) only gave me back bills. I asked her for the 40 cents that she owed me and she says that they don’t give change. I let it go since it’s the holiday season.I grew up in Massachusetts I never herd a business say that we don’t give change. El Penol 3 has lost a customer.
