If your toaster doesn’t work for burgers, let people know before they come up to the counter. Literally waited in line for 10 minutes before being told they had didn’t have burger buns. Could have easily said “hey guys btw are toaster isn’t working for buns”. Need better customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is our local dairy queen so we have been coming here for YEARS!!! Used to be our fav spot but the decline in their customer service has been clear in the recent time. Today, we went after some time, and were served our blizzards by Subhi. Extremely disappointed with her customer service. When politely asked if I get the next one free (per their policy/ad on the screen) since the Blizzard wasn 't flipped upside down. The response was quite defensive and I don 't care type of behavior. I pointed out to their policy on the screen but she brushed it off saying that we don 't have to do it for everyone. What 's the point of having that policy if you 're not going to abide by it.
