Gaetano's Steaks - Brooklawn

I will never ever go back to this gaetano’s again , customer service is horrible ! They messed up my order I asked for a cheesesteak with light mayonnaise and ketchup and lettuce! And they gave me a cheesesteak with just tomatoes which i never asked for , then I went back and asked if I can get my money back being as though they already messed up my order the employee didn’t even let my husband finish speaking before she started getting hot about the situation! Never refunded me my money back they made my cheesesteak worst then the first one this place is horrible with service.

My GF and I’d favorite home pizza shop. Order all the time and only had 1 singular food mistake. Impressive. I wouldn’t order delivery as our one experience with delivery wasn’t great. (I think we ended up waiting 1 hour 45 minutes from time order was placed to when order got to house), so I’d probably do pick-up or eat in if possible. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Very disrespectful to the customers and please check your order before you leave they always put random stuff instead of your order and my brother went another day and they were just cracking jokes about him very unprofessional if I can give it no stars I would.

I've been loving and recommending Gaetano's for over thirty years so it pains me to write this but I feel as though I must warn others. My last two cheesesteaks have come without cheese on them. What's up with that Gaetano's? I'll even say the sandwich was still delicious without the cheese, but it wasn't a cheesesteak. It wasn't what I ordered or paid for. Twice. In a row. The second time I actually took it back. The staff made it very clear that they could not care less. They did however make me a new sandwich. Quite quickly I might add. However now they put on extra cheese. I mean extra extra cheese. It was gross.

This is my second failed order this month. First time my pizza steak was so soggy it fell apart and you couldn't eat it. Today we ordered pizza with a credit from the last time. Half the topping were in the side of the box and the rest fell off when you picked up a slice. Complete slop and inedible. I called and they blamed the driver and said well what do you want me to do? I told them they had lost our business permanently and I got an ok. Plenty of other pizza places to order from
