Superfly Distilling Co Grill

We had a fantastic stopover while traveling down the coast. The seating was quick, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying the mussels!

We consistently have an excellent dining experience at SuperFly. My wife and daughter adore the Chicken Bacon Taters, while I particularly enjoy the fish and chips. Additionally, the Pulled Pork sandwich is the best I’ve tasted since relocating to Brookings last June. The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is a unique blend of a bar and food truck, which adds to its charm. It can get a bit noisy because of the limited sound insulation, but you eventually acclimate to it.

This restaurant has a rather unusual vibe, combining elements of a family-friendly establishment with those of a nightclub. The music, mainly from the '90s, is quite loud. The menu is relatively limited, and unfortunately, they were out of two items we wanted to order: the hummus appetizer and the chicken strips from the kids' menu. The server explained that they weren't actually sold out; they just didn’t feel like making those dishes, even though they are still listed on the menu. Additionally, there’s no burger option for kids, so we had to order an adult meal for the children to share, along with an extra side of fries. This was fine, but we requested the meal plain, and it still came with some kind of spicy mayo on the bun that my picky eater wouldn’t touch. The staff seemed quite overwhelmed and disorganized.

Service was six stars, food was five stars, ambience was four stars. . . the bathroom was two stars. Between the loud music and the loud talking, it is definitely not a nice quiet place to visit with someone. I had the wedge salad and it did not disappoint. I had some work to finish on my computer and I never felt rushed to vacate the table even though it was a busy Sunday. I was hesitant to go inside based on the rundown look of the outside. I'm glad I did go inside because it was a cheerful atmosphere, although a little loud for my liking. Extremely efficient and friendly service. Definitely would go back.

Great food and great drinks! The service is always friendly and fast, as well!! The ****** Mary is rimmed with a bacon infused salt and it is the bomb!! We had the deep fried peanut butter and Jelly sand, the BLT (pro-tip: add the avocado), and the hangover bowl which is always what's for breakfast!! Give them a try!! The prices are really reasonable!
