First Rise Baking Co - Brookings

Love the new location. Food was great. Excited to have this in Brookings!

I just popped in on a whim to get a snack. There was a limited selection, but I opted for the blueberry muffin and it was delicious! I'll definitely stop by again.

Coreen from First Rise Baking Co. is amazing. She made our wedding dessert table beautiful with her fun cupcakes, cookies, etc. Coreen was a pleasure to work with and had so many great ideas. Incredible bagel sandwiches and pastries! There's a charming playground for toddlers (it even has a cupboard under the stairs reminiscent of Harry Potter). The people are wonderful, and the atmosphere is delightful. Overall, it's just a fantastic place!
