Wawa - Brookhaven

Ordered a pizza and p/u was 450pm but nvr received until 510pm. Ice cold. Nvr again. And they failed to mention it was at register and not where it should've been.

Very disappointed I’ve never had to get a refund from Wawa because the person behind the deli counter making my sandwich decides to move his hair behind his ear with the gloved hand. He’s making my food with. I even called the kid out on. I told him I saw what he did and was wrong, and he should change his gloves which he did not He then finished making the sandwich. So I told him forget it went to the register and got a refund. He needs to put a hairnet on and stop touching his hair with a Gloves that he’s making peoples food with. He should not be behind the counter. It’s all I can say put him emptying trash, cans or something it’s OK to get them dirty. If I see him behind the sandwich counter in the future I’ll just skip the sandwich

Hi, I don’t know who one of your workers names is but he is tanned with dark hair. And let me tell you, he is amazing. I ordered a drink and he ANNOUNCED it. It was absolutely amazing and made my night after having a bad one. He deserves a raise. Love him.

On average, the establishment is ok, BUT to refuel people leave the vehicle parked in the pomp and go buy things in the establishment and then go out to refuel. This is ridiculous because they are using the space of another customer. They must put a sign that lets people know that it is only to fuel. The manager must fix this situation as soon as possible.

Very disappointed with food tonight! Ordered a cheese steak to try it arrived cold,cheese not melted, and meat dried out. Can not blame delivery driver for this. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla well it was also cold no ranch and the quesadilla was like card board. Ordered a jar of dip never made the trip. Called store to let them know spoke with John he said the driver may have taken it. Said I need to come to store to solve the problem and then tried to explain how they could maybe fix it, very confusing. Not the first time some thing missing in the order. So over this no one seems to do any thing right and are fast to past responsibility off. Hey wawa before moving on to new items work on consistency.
