Terrible marketing idea by HBH for Thanksgiving. The coupon for $5 off is only good on 11/19 11/20. So you have to buy your ham and other food extra early, freeze it, remember to thaw it, then eat watery, mushy ham since it was frozen. But I go anyway with the coupon and am told you must pre-order on-line and pick-up in the store. You cant walk into the store, show the coupon, and utilize it. Truly false advertising. The coupon did say order on-line , but did not make clear that was the only way to get the savings. For Christmas and Easter you will see me at Sprouts or Whole Foods. Never again at HBH.

This restaurant has terrible customer service. I attempted to place a cater order with this location today (12.5.2023 around 3:30pm EST) via the AmericaToGo portal and the menu was being updated so I wasn 't able to. When the call the location, Tiffany (the employee answering the phone) advised that I would need to contact Customer Support at AmericaToGo to see if they would be able to provide a solution for me. After speaking with customer support from AmericaToGo, the solution was simple: Call the restaurant. Give them the order. The restaurant would then create a customized order for me and submit it to AmericaToGo via email. From there, AmericaToGo would be able to upload the order on the portal where I can pay for it. When I tried to explain this to Tiffany, she was confused and handed the phone to her manager. Tiffany 's Manager as she introduced herself, answered the phone extemely rude and dismissive. When I told her I was actually calling back with the solution, she continue to be rude and dismissive and stated we don 't do that! . I don 't know who the owner is of this location, but please reevaluate your staff. They 're ruining your business. I will never be giving this location or this company my business ever again.

Great staff working well under the pressures of the thanksgiving holiday. Staff in parking lot to guide traffic.

Came here at 5:20 got attitude but service. They already dumped the sweet tea. The other lady was doing the trash started handling my bacon. Gross place
