Starbucks - Brookfield

They are putting less coffee in the cups and frothing it up more so it feels light as a feather. No wonder I e lost my love for Starbucks. And up until the pandemic hit I had been a 30+ year daily mocha girl. Done!

I went to Starbucks today before work to get a holiday drink as well as get the free holiday cup. When it was my turn to order, I ordered two grande caramel brûlée lattes. The barista said that they had unfortunately run out of the syrup and would get some later that day. Since I had to get to work, I asked for her recommendation for another drink. She said she loved the chestnut praline lattes and I ordered those instead (plus I?d still get the holiday cup). And let me tell you, it was DELICIOUS! I didn?t get her name but she was working drive thru around 7:45am 11/18. Thank you for the great recommendation! Now I have a new holiday favorite!

If you or someone you know needs a job they're always hiring! Please be patient and give some time when ordering. I'm sure it's not easy to run an entire store with only three people! Drive thru is fast, and cafe hours have been reduced.

Starbucks does a great job. Their staff is normally very friendly. Sometimes you need to slow them down a bit so they listen to you and get your order right. Overall, we enjoy our visits here very much.

Fantastic customer service. Order done correct and quickly. The wonderful barista offered to combine my five gift cards into one so it's easier to keep track of them. She did this WHILE TAKING DRIVE THRU ORDERS. No clue how she did it. This is my go-to Starbucks and I'll definitely be coming back.
