Everything is perfect and the food is on point. Will be ordering from them again

The delivery was quite fast, and the food was good overall. My only complaint is that I ordered brown rice, but it still had some husks in it. Aside from that, I have no other issues.

The food arrived piping hot, which was wonderful. The app indicated that delivery was closer than expected (thank you for that!). I'm really glad it did because the food was amazing!

The person who answers the phone is incredibly rude and the customer service is terrible. It seems like he doesn't understand English well. I communicate using proper grammar, which may have confused him, but who knows? Their menu states that they deliver by car, but I’m here to say that is simply not true. Even if you live just two minutes away, they won’t deliver to you. I was really tired after a long day at work and didn't want to walk four blocks. After waiting over an hour, I was told they don’t deliver to my area and only use bicycles. I pointed out that I wasn’t interested in that excuse since I've ordered from them before. Their menu clearly states they deliver by car, yet they claimed I was too far away, which is untrue. I live just five minutes from the restaurant in a decent neighborhood, so my address shouldn't be a problem. I've ordered from them several times in the past, and now suddenly they can't deliver? I even informed the person on the phone that I would be leaving a negative review. And yes, that's my finger in the photo because I had to point out their menu's claim about car delivery. This restaurant is a complete disaster.

The shrimp fried rice was quite good. I asked them to add an egg to it, but they charged me for that, which is unusual since most places don’t. The garlic chicken wings, however, tasted a bit stale. I took one bite and couldn’t finish them.
