"They know what's worse than cold fries? Contaminated fries. One of the workers, an older woman wearing a black shirt, seems unsure of her role and definitely needs some training. When I went to place my order, I saw them handling the fries with their bare hands! A tall girl in a red shirt took my order, then went to the back without washing her hands. The food handling practices need serious improvement."

In terms of space, this place is fairly moderate. While foot traffic is often low, I suspect the main rush happens during school lunch hours, given that there's a school right above the street. There isn't a waitress here, and I usually don't critique customer service at fast-casual spots like this. I’m content as long as my orders are correct and there’s a minimum level of courtesy and competence, which this location consistently delivers. They've also never disappointed when it comes to their signature burger—it's always delicious and flavorful. The fries can vary a bit; sometimes they’re perfectly crispy, while other times they can be soggy and greasy. Overall, this location is fantastic, and the burgers I’ve had there have consistently met my expectations for quality and taste.

As for the service, it has been inconsistent. Sometimes customer service is excellent, while at other times it’s lacking. This shouldn’t be the case; customers deserve excellent service every time!
