Kfc - Bromsgrove

Always good to dine with The Colonel . Good value for money and always good tasting and hot food. Place is always kept neat and tidy and whilst it provides a very efficient Take Away we always enjoy dining in.

I mean...I don't really know where to start. As an Uber driver who delivers for them, they're awful. As a customer who buys firm them, they're awful. As a resident in Bromsgrove, I'm actually embarrassed for them. They need to close it and change it to something else in truth. The staff have been rude to me in store, ignored me many a time as both a driver and a customer and when items were missing from my order...not once but twice...I had very little sympathy and an audible grunt down the phone. Just avoid it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The machines were all out of order and my boxed meal arrived without a box. When I asked the staff about it, they took me to the back and physically assaulted me. To make matters worse, they even spat in my food. I would not recommend dining here.

There were 6 items missing from our order, including 4 items that were for the kids. The staff was rude when we pointed this out. My advice is to avoid this restaurant.

The waiter who took our order and the staff were very nice. However, the food was disappointing. The chips were terribly undercooked and the chicken was lukewarm. It shouldn't be that difficult to fry them properly. Overall, it was a waste of money for a post-holiday treat for the kids.
