The quality of the plates served was really not up to the price paid. The restaurant advertises itself as upmarket but that is not what is served on the plate. Example: Lobster cannelloni with pollock. Dried chicken fillets. Disappointing desserts.

We booked a room for a birthday party. Impeccable service from the beginning of the process until the end of the evening! Great professionalism of the team, attentive and smiling. Very good food!

Excessively slow serviceMeals of poor quality and in insufficient quantity. Scallop starter, 2 1/2 units no bigger than a 5 cents per scallop! avoid! Jérôme Ferrer is no longer associated with this restaurant and off we go!

Absolutely delicious and delightful. The food, the service, the ambiance, and especially the wine all top notch. We had the tasting menu, and while not every course was to our exact liking, every course was unique and tasty and well done. I could go on and on about the wine list very solid options and pairings to make the perfect accompaniment to the meal. I am only sad we couldn't have had the meal twice. And our waitress was really wonderful. If we are ever in Bromont in the future we will absolutely make this a stop on our trip.
