Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Broken Arrow

Really disappointed went there at 8:43pm and told me they stopped serving food. I Proceeded to then ask what time they stopped serving food and they said 8:50pm it was very unprofessional and very rude. There were atleast 5 different workers just standing around. It makes me need want to come back again.

They completely messed up the smoothie. I ordered an island green smoothie and it came out watery and not fully blended.

My daughter loves coming here after school.Delicious healthy smoothies and yummy quick handheld food options.Very clean location and very nice staff.

The girl at the drive thru wasn’t friendly at all. She took at least 5 mins before anyone came in the speaker to take my order and she pretty much shoved my order at me when I got to the window. I ordered a pomegranate plunge and a side of the Maple Kissed Sweet Potato’s.. it came with 6 small pieces for almost $2. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The smoothies are good food is okay but the service makes me not want to go back the girl i think her name was victoria working the drive through was rude had no customer service skills and i know because im a server and its not hard to be kind and at least act like you like your job. i usually dont write reviews but the girl really shouldn’t be in drive through if she acts like that
