Kfc - Broken Arrow

Not bad it is fast food so not amazing not horrible.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries from the app. Fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. The sandwich was nasty. Tasted and smelled like old fish oil.

DON’T EAT OR ORDER FROM THESE STUPID LAZY PEOPLE!! THEY’RE NEVER READY ON TIME AND WILL NEVER EVER GIVE YOU AN ACCURATE ORDER!!!!!! COUNT YOUR CHICKEN AND YOUR SIDES!!!! Finally 30 minutes later than when it was “scheduled” and after they showed online the order was ready for pickup, the chicken and the biscuits were not cooked long enough!! The 16 piece tenders we ordered had 14 pieces and 8 pieces had pink centers. All the biscuits were undercooked and mostly doughy!! I’m reporting you to the health department first thing tomorrow morning. ILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN

This location is absolutely ridiculous it takes them about 5 minutes for them to answer in the Drive-Thru and when you place your order they're either short on nuggets they never have legs or thighs and they want to substitute it for other things and the employees look a mess

Did an online pick up order to be picked up at 1230. Got there at 1225 and it wasnt even made yet. They didn't have enough for my 16 PC meal, so they offered some crispy chicken or to wait 5 more minutes. I decided to wait. Took more than 5 minutes. After the food was packed and handed to me, when I got to my destination, I was missing 2 other items, the biscuts that was suppose to be included in my 16pc meal and my korean flavor nuggets. Aside from all this, Food was good and lady at the front was pleasant.
